–Hemithere
Hemithere is a Shadow created by GuyThatExists that appears in The 35 in 3 out of 105 segments. A friend of Nilamore and Flick, she is a founding resident of Yulshade and idolizes Aldark, who eventually begins training her in combat. She continues to train even after Aldark leaves the village.
Appearance[edit]
Hemithere's appearance is mostly unknown, though it is know that she is purely composed of Shadow and that the right side of her body is less solid than the right.

2012[edit]
Hemithere is first seen when Aldark retreats from Belleview, meeting him in the forest. She sympathizes with him, and complains about the Book of Imagination. She tells him that she had been watching his work in Belleview and that she knew many of the Shadows that had been living in the woods since being ejected from the Raposa realm. She reveals that she used to be Heather's Shadow, and Aldark asks her to gather all the Shadows she knew, as they would be starting a village.
She first returns to her friend Nilamore, telling her that Aldark said yes to starting a village, and Nilamore is shocked. Hemithere then returns to Aldark at Nilamore's request, leaving Nilamore to gather their friends.
2015[edit]
Years later, Aldark and Furio are heading out to take care of a group of Humans that were too close to Yulshade. Hemithere joins them, and when they encounter the Humans, Aldark allows Hemithere to use a technique he had taught her. Approaching one of the Humans, Hemithere uses her unstable half to envelop the Human, causing them pain and bringing out their darkest parts, much like Aldark had done to the Humans of Belleview. After all four Humans are enthralled, the three Shadows return to Yulshade, where Aldark tells Hemithere, Nilamore, and Flick that he would be traveling the world looking for Shadows.
2026[edit]
Over the next decade, Hemithere continues to train her skills, and she eventually sees Nilamore run into the woods, so she and Flick follow her. When they catch up, they look over the edge of Mt. Anderson, where she sees the Hiker in pain. She asks if she can play with him, and Nilamore lets her. Hemithere runs down the side of the cliff and clamps down on the Hiker, slowly and painfully killing them before devouring their body.
When she returns to the top of the mountain, she suggests that they use her knowledge of Heather's fears to take over Belleview before a Hero could arrive, but Flick quickly shuts that idea down. Instead, she suggests that they could take over Clallam Bay, and Hemithere leaves to prepare.
