Do you remember Ex-Isle, that island of exiles I told you about?
The island where you found the Ameba Crystal?
Precisely.

Wilfre and Mari

Mannequite is a crystal created by GuyThatExists that appears in the short stories The Lavasteam Chronicles Part Two, The Lavasteam Chronicles Part Three, and The 35. Formerly, a massive chunk of Mannequite was used to house Allight while the Raposa realm still had Shadow, and it was used by Wilfre to create Ameba for his army during his second attack. After being released from the crystal, shards of Mannequite were used to defeat her, with a shard imbued with Color landing the death blow. After this Mannequite was heavily studied, and its adaptability became well known. It also began to be crushed and used to create an addictive stimulant, All-Lite.

TowerIcon.png Appearance[edit]

The Mannequite found on Ex-Isle is a large, polished, white crystal that is about as tall as Fext. While Allight inhabited it, it would glow a bright white, but since they left the crystal, it is transparent. When imbued with Color, the Mannequite glows rainbow.

Book Icon.png Story[edit]

The Lavasteam Chronicles Part Two[edit]

The crystal is first found by Wilfre, who learns that after draining the color from a Raposa, and striking the crystal with it, an Ameba doppelganger of that Raposa is created. He also learned that striking the crystal with Shadow would create an Ameba who was unable to hide as a Raposa. He used this tactic to grow his army during the events of Drawn to Life: The Next Chapter. During his time on Ex-Isle, Harsonist, Sigil, Gorgon, and Zargon, among many others, are kidnapped by Salem and replaced by Ameba doppelgangers.

Haunted Rivers[edit]

After Mike, Heather, and the Shadow were expelled from the Raposa realm, Allight awakens from inside the crystal and begins calling out for help. Fext hears her, and she convinces them to touch the crystal, transferring Allight from the crystal to Fext's body, giving them a corporeal form in the process.

The Lavasteam Chronicles Part Three[edit]

Now empty, the Mannequite was next used when Turtle Rock docked at Ex-Isle. Knowing about the crystal, Mutt ran onto the island and took a chunk of the crystal with him. He, Kyren and Silas broke the chunk into shards, but they were ambushed by Allight's army. As the group tried to escape, the power of the Mannequite shards froze Allight's army in place and popped the protective bubble she had places around the island.

Silas, scared from the encounter, gave the shards to Eeny as the adults on the ship went into Creation Hall to fight Allight. He shoved them in his pocket, shattering a vial of Color in his pocket and letting some of them become imbued with the Color. Later, he threw the shards at Allight as she used Meeny's body to taunt them. Allight fled Meeny's body as the shards collided with him, and the shards were returned to Ex-Isle. The shards were then used to rescue the frozen thralls on the island.

During the battle in Lavasteam, the kids, Fext, and Peppy Lot used the shards to fight against Allight and her army. To defeat Allight once and for all, Fext stole a color-imbued shard and allowed Allight to posses them. Fext then used the Color shard to impale themself, killing Allight in the process.

The 35[edit]

Main article: All-Lite

After Allight's death, the world began studying and utilizing Mannequite in many ways, including studying the adaptability of the crystal. However, this would eventually lead to the creation of All-Lite, a stimulant created by crushing Mannequite. The main creator and dealer of All-Lite, Captain Cavalier, would operate out of Watersong, sending dealers to all corners of the village and to villages abroad, including Lavasteam and Rapocity.
