The Dark Harbinger is a ship adapted by GuyThatExists that briefly appears in the short story Blank Slates 3. It is only seen once, being boarded by Stocking, Cobalt, Steele, and Gargoyle and captained by GenericChallenge.
Appearance[edit]
The Dark Harbinger is a black ship with two masts. Not much is known about its interior or specifics of its design.
Story[edit]
The Dark Harbinger is first seen in Stocking's flashback, when he, Cobalt, Steele, and Gargoyle explore underneath The Next Chapter Village. Stocking teleports onto the ship after it appears, and calls to Steele to join him. As they land on the ship, they discover a chest of liquid color, but are quickly accosted by GenericChallenge, who was LARPing as Pinkleg the Plunderer at the time. A fight ensues, and Steele is shot by Pinkleg. Dropping his character, GenericChallenge promises to hand over the chest, which could possibly save Steele, if Cobalt joins him in Project Overhaul. Stocking then teleports the entire group off the ship and into The Next Chapter Village.
Trivia[edit]
- The Dark Harbinger is supposedly locked in a feud with Moby Slick underneath The Next Chapter Village.
- The Dark Harbinger's fate after Blank Slates 3 is currently unknown, as The Next Chapter Village was never absorbed by Tombstone.
- It is possible the ship was either sent into canon by the Master of the Abyss or destroyed by Temte Mapleleaf as she destroyed The Void.
