Mr. Tubbub is a Raposa created by GuyThatExists that appears in the short story Bavel's Diary as a secondary character. She was one of Eugene Shinar's friends and came to Rapoville with him. She is notable for helping Bavel and Athys with the World Gate Project and being the first Rust-Furred Raposa known to live in Rapoville.

Story
Before Bavel's Diary
Some time before the beginning of Bavel's Diary, Pheme met Eugene Shinar and became a part of his group that eventually colonized Rapoville.
Bavel's Diary
Bavel first mentions Tubbub when putting together a team to build Creation Hall and the World Gates. Bavel and Tubbub split the work on the projects, though they both work on both projects. After the completion of the Beach Gate, Tubbub begins working on the Rust City Gate and offers to travel back to Rust City to build the destination gate, but Bavel tells him of his plan to make "World Gate Kits" to send off to other villages. Thus, Tubbub begins accumulating a workforce from Rapocity and Rust City to help make these kits. About a week later, Tubbub began an expedition to Frostwind's Shrine to construct a Gate.
After Bavel's Diary
An unknown amount of time later, Tubbub would pass away. It is unknown where his spirit went after death. According to Mari's footnotes in her transcription of Bavel's Diary, she deduces that Tubbub is an ancestor of Tubba, Bubba, and Nima.
