Godhead Mo is a naked humanoid with golden hair and two white eyes, each emitting a glimmer. He has a large, blue eye on his chest which is crying streams of blood that runs down his legs and pools on the ground underneath him. Godhead Mo presumably doesn't have arms, as he has two rotten arms sewn onto where a normal human's arms would be.
