Today marks a momentous occasion for our continent, as it is the first debate held between candidates since the advent of our governments. My name is Alaka’i, and I'll be tonight’s moderator.

–Alaka'i

Alaka'i is a Raposa created by GuyThatExists that appears in the anthology series The 35 as a character in 1 out of 105 segments. For the third Galactic Jungle election, he moderated the debate between Click, Nemo, and Ho'aliona. Years later, he would meet with Click to demand action of a group of Galactic Jungle villagers that still operated under The Council's laws.

Thank you all for coming today to the first official electoral debate of the Galactic Jungle. Today marks a momentous occasion for our continent, as it is the first debate held between candidates since the advent of our governments. My name is Alaka’i, and I'll be tonight’s moderator. Now please welcome to the stage Mayor Click, Secretary Nemo, and Mr. Ho'aliona.

–Alaka'i

Tonight's debate will be simple, no more than two minute responses to questions, and if you would like to respond to a statement made by another candidate, you may have one minute to respond. We are scheduled to be live for an hour and a half tonight.

–Alaka'i

Mayor Click, we'll start with you sir. Over the past eight years, your biggest campaign promise was to undo your damage as The Council. How do you feel you've done with this promise?

–Alaka'i

Go ahead Mr. Ho'aliona. You have one minute.

–Alaka'i

Thank you Mr. Ho'aliona. Would you like to respond, Mayor?

–Alaka'i

Secretary Nemo, we come to you next. As a member of the Mayor's current cabinet, you have decided to run primarily on keeping the village safe from corruption, with claims that Secretary Sushi was working out of self–interest. What are your plans to reduce corruption in the office?

–Alaka'i

Mr. Ho'aliona, you have a minute to respond.

–Alaka'i

Mr. Ho'aliona, we move to you. As a member of the Jungle's Royal Guard, your decision to run for Mayor has been compared to Volunteer Colepere Amapbé of Watersong and former Guard Kacha Hanaman of Lavasteam. You've been running on a similar campaign to both the current Mayor and Secretary Nemo. What sets you apart from the other candidates?

–Alaka'i

No response by Mayor Click or Secretary Nemo, so we'll move on to our first policy question of the night. We will begin with Mayor Click, then hear from Secretary Nemo, then Mr. Ho'aliona. First off, the state of our Royal Guard.
