–Mill
Warrior, formerly known as as Flash and Mill, is a Screener, Human, and formerly Raposa, created by GuyThatExists that appears in the short stories Blank Slates and Blank Slates 2 as a major character, and in Salem Rose Pt. 1 and Blank Slates 3 as a minor character.
Originally a piece of Monk, Warrior was created to help with the development of games. Eventually, he transferred into a Raposa body, becoming Flash and leading the Four Guardians. As Flash, she fought against both Shadow Mari and Drakon. Later, she was killed by Salem Rose during his attack on The Void, and she was revived as Mill by possessing the body of Doug. He would then go on to fight against the Tree King and the Jungle Creature. Eventually, he fought against Tombstone, but was absorbed after the battle at the Shadow Village. Warrior's body would be uncovered and carried by the other Guardians until Tombstone was defeated, and Warrior returned to his body. Temte Mapleleaf would then take Warrior with her to travel the multiverse.
Appearance[edit]
Warrior has short, blue hair and wears a golden chestplate with blue pants. He also wears a red cape, has a sword, and has a brown satchel tied around his waist.
Flash has long brown hair and orange fur. She wears a dark red jacket and a black bowler hat with a white tag on it. She also carries a black camera with a flash attachment.
Mill's only known defining characteristic is his lack of color and shirt. He also has long ears.
Story[edit]
Before Blank Slates[edit]
Warrior was originally one of four pieces of Monk, a screener who split themself up to make development easier on them. As the development of Drawn to Life: The Next Chapter and Drawn to Life: The Next Chapter (Wii) neared completion, Warrior, along with the other pieces of Monk, opted to hide their human bodies in Warrior's Castle, taking the bodies of four Raposa instead. Warrior became Flash after inhabiting Fujikoda's body, and when The Void was shut down, Flash feel into a deep sleep. Eventually, The Void was restarted for Drawn to Life: Two Realms development, and Flash awoke with the other screeners. Now calling the four piece of Monk the Four Guardians, they began helping Willham, Mayo, and Joseph Tringali with development decisions.
Blank Slates[edit]
During the development cycle for Drawn to Life: Two Realms, Joe called the Guardians to the Discussion Grounds to pick a character to revive for the upcoming game. Flash is the first to comment, asking if they could cull the list of every character without a personality. Mayo tries to sway her against it, fearing that Shadow Mari would attack them. Eventually, the group learns about Mildew and decides to send him up to the game, angering Shadow Mari. She attacks the group and threatens to bring life to the void if they didn't bring Mildew back down. Because the decision was irreversible, Shadow Mari ends up attacking the void, killing Willham and covering Ore in Shadow in the process.
After Shadow Mari's attack subsides, Flash, along with Paint and Hose, take Ore to the color vat in Lavasteam and revert him to his Raposa form. They return to the Discussion Grounds and find Joe, Franco, and Mildew. After looking around at the landscape, the devs ask about the Shadow Hole and ask how it came to be. After learning about Shadow Mari, Joe asks why she was in the void without the dev's knowing. Flash comments that only one other person they know could create life - Mayo.
Shortly after, Drakon and Dinofrog attack the Discussion Grounds. Drakon kidnaps Joe, Franco, and Mildew, leaving the Guardians to fight Dinofrog. During their fight, the Discussion Grounds are destroyed, and the Guardians are in a stalemate with Dinofrog. Eventually, Flash sees Willham, Mayo, Rocko, and Crawler flying by and asks them to help fight. Mayo rejects their offer, but Willham easily deletes Dinofrog. Willham, Rocko, and Crawler continue on their journey to the Shadow Hole, and Mayo asks the Guardians if they want a ride. Flash tries to ignore her, suspicious of her involvement with Shadow Mari, but reluctantly agrees to a ride to the Shadow Hole.
When they arrive, Shadow Mari summons an army of Shadow and Ink creatures from the hole, forcing Flash to fight the horde of enemies, alongside the other three Guardians, Rocko, Crawler, Fiora, Nolan. After Drakon and the Droogle Killer jump into the Hole, Shadow Mari calls off her army, and Mayo urges Shadow Mari to kill Willham, which she does. This causes Flash, along with the rest of the void, to chastise Mayo's alliances and morality. Eventually, Mayo breaks down and begins to yell at the Guardians for seemingly hating her. After her outburst, she collapses to the ground and begins to cry.
As Mayo cries on the ground, Flash, Hose, and Alana help Franco to his feet after failing to ascend back into the Developer's Grove. Hose, with Flash's permission, asks Franco to let them keep living in the void. He says that he'd pass the request onto Joe. After their conversation, they join Paint and Ore, who were keeping other beings away from Mayo. Flash tells Mayo to get up since Willham and Shadow Mari had left using the Shadow Hole.
Just then, Joe makes two announcements into the void. He grants Hose's request, and then says that he has to delete Mayo from the void due to her actions. Mayo begins to disappear, begging for help. When she is completely deleted, Flash walks up to her earrings, which had fallen off her body, and puts them in her pocket. Flash then joins the rest of the beings of the void as they wish Alana, now known as Aly, luck in the next game. She is also part of the group that laughs when Fiora names Sandal, her new pet.
Salem Rose Pt. 1[edit]
Some time later, Miles sneaks into The Void and is met by Flash, Hose, Rocko, Jinxy, and Willham. Flash helps him adjust to the void after Miles stabbed himself with the Droogle Leader's Sword. Hose makes a snide remark, so Flash temporarily blinds him as Miles comes to his feet. An annoyed Willham agrees to show Miles the Color Vat in the The Next Chapter Village, bringing Rocko and Flash with him.
On the way to the Color Vat, Flash asks how Miles knew about the void. Miles explains that Deadwood told him about it, but he doesn't know where Deadwood got his source. Flash hypothesizes that GenericChallenge is behind the information leak, and she asks Miles what year he's from. He tells the group about his time travel, angering Willham. Willham points out the Color Vat in the distance and then tells Miles to go find a Shadow Stone to use to return home. Flash apologizes for Willham and points Miles in the direction of the Drawn to Life Village where the Shadow Stones could be found.
Flash is later seen when Salem Rose, a corrupted version of Miles, comes to The Void. When Salem Rose jumps into the Color Vat and absorbs its power, Flash, along with the other Guardians, surround the vat, preparing to fight Salem Rose. Suddenly, the color erupts from the vat, knocking the Guardians down and covering them. She, along with the rest of the Guardians, were killed in this attack.
Blank Slates 2[edit]
After being killed, a cloud of blue smoke was released from Flash's body, and it shot off towards the Guardians' HQ, possessing the body of Doug and waking up. After gathering his surroundings, he began arguing with Doug's friends, Hans, Zak, and Mac, asking for Doug's mantra to escape The Void. After some time, Rocko finds the group and listens to Mill's story, and Mill leads him, along with the Eastern Winds Raposa, Fiora, Lambert, and Sandal inside the HQ.
While inside, Mill uses a tracking system to locate the other three Guardians, finding Ore in the Drawn to Life Village, Hose in the Two Realms Plains, and Paint in the Wii Village. He then splits the other characters into groups to go find them, sending Rocko and Nolan after Ore, sending Hans, Zak, and Mac after Hose, and sending Fiora, Lambert, Sandal, and himself after Paint.
Eventually, Mill, Fiora, Lambert, and Sandal track Paint down to the Color Vat in The Next Chapter Village, arriving just in time to help Paint, now in the body of Robot and calling itself Sparky, fight the Tree King, Squid, and Jungle Creature. Mill sends Fiora and Lambert inside a house, and he, Sparky, and Sandal fight the bosses.
During the fight, they are joined by the rest of the Guardians, now known as Hoopz and Violet, and they easily defeat Squid, releasing Mizu's Trident. Lambert picks up the trident and helps them defeat the Tree King and the Jungle Creature, but Mill has a feeling that they'll both reappear, so the Guardians and Lambert leave for the Two Realms Plains.
In the plains, they watch as Shadow Squid is formed, and Mill, along with many others, try to take it down unsuccessfully. However, with help from Lambert and Violet, the Shadow Squid is defeated, so the Guardians leave for the Wii Village to stop the new Tree King. In the Wii Village, Mill tries to use the same strategy, but is once again unsuccessful. Eventually, he, Lambert, and Willham put out the Tree King's flames, killing it once again and finally quelling the Tree King's revolution.
One week later, Mill organizes the screeners and Guardians to go check on the villages after the attack, and Mill goes to The Next Chapter Village. He checks in on Lambert, Fiora, Sandal, and Nolan, who tell him about Rocko and his identity crisis, so Mill goes to check on him. In Rocko's house, Mill helps him realize his true identity as Repair Guy. Mill then returns to the HQ, where he finds the Droogle Leader lost in the building.
Blank Slates 3[edit]
Mill is next seen a few years later in a meeting in the Developer's Grove with Hoopz, Sparky, Joseph Tringali, Franco Key, and Aly, all discussing the whereabouts of GenericChallenge. During their meeting, Mill gets a call from Violet, still in The Void, who tells them that the fourth piece of the Jungle Creature - Tombstone - was attacking the Drawn to Life Village. The Four Guardians and Aly decide to return to The Void and appear on the outskirts of the village in time to watch Gingerfre and his Shadow army accidentally revive Tombstone.
After retreating to the Two Realms Plains, Mill and Shadow Mari speak with the residents of the Drawn to Life and Shadow Villages, urging them to use a mantra to ascend to the Developer's Grove until Tombstone was defeated. During the speech, they are interrupted by the Five Aldarks, who suggest joining forces with Tombstone. After the speech, Mill checks in on Repair Guy, Fox, and Pot as they meet Cecil's Militia, watching them eavesdrop on the Droogle Leader's and Droogle Countess' reunion. During their reunion, Mill briefly chastises the Droogle Leader for being reckless in the Raposa realm, but promises to keep his actions under wraps if he promises to fight for The Void.
Shortly after, Tombstone attacks the Shadow Village, so the Four Guardians, Aly, and Sandal mobilize to fight it. Mill and Sparky work together on the ground to help with the body recovery while Tombstone was being attacked from all sides. After a long onslaught, Tombstone eventually collapses into a tidal wave, defeated. The Guardians mobilize to the edge of the village to help with cleanup, though the Aldarks begin their plan to revive Tombstone in the village. Mill watches as one of the Aldarks' allies, Depression envelops Gingerfre, Jinxy, Violet, and Hoopz in a bubble in an attempt to absorb them into Tombstone. Mill and Sparky attempt to pop the bubble but cannot, leaving the four inside to pop it with their energies. However, when the bubble bursts, the pressure and combination of energies releases a massive shockwave that knocks Mill's smoke out of Doug's body.
As a smoke, Mill is unable to do much until being absorbed by Tombstone, granting the monster the powers of Flash, Mill, and Monk. As a thrall, Tombstone used Flash, Mill, and Monk's abilities to attack Gingerfre when he explored the Shadow Village, and also during the final confrontation to supersize the bodies of Drakon and Red Dragon. It would also use these powers to power up the undead Droogle army, which fought in the Developer's Grove.
Eventually, Tombstone was defeated by the combined power of the Master of the Abyss and the Tree King, freeing Mill's smoke and allowing it to inhabit the body of Warrior once again. Slowly waking up, Warrior sees the destroyed HQ and asks Willham what happened to Depression. After learning that Tombstone was just defeated, Warrior sets out to find Temte's body near the battleground. When he finds her, he asks about where The Void residents were, and Temte decides to bring Warrior with her to travel the multiverse in hopes of finding everyone. Warrior agrees to this plan and jumps into an Abyssal Rift with Temte.
