–Aly
Aly is a main Human character in Drawn to Life: Two Realms. She is one of Mike's closest friends and daughter to Bruce and Dr. Curie. Early on, she asks the Hero to help her parents reconcile with each other, though the would later get possessed by a Shadow, turning against Mike and the Hero. After being rescued by the Hero, Aly, Heather, and Tony work together to search for Mike when he goes missing. The three of them would also watch as Mike confronted Deputy Snyder.
Appearance[edit]
Aly is a human girl with medium-length brown hair. She wears a red headband, red pants, and a yellow dress. In her official artwork, she wears brown shoes, while in her sprites, she wears white shoes.
Story[edit]
Aly is first introduced when she calls Heather and asks to meet Mike at the Park. Mike and the Hero meet her there, and she confides in Mike that her parents are fighting again. She ends up asking the Hero to find her father, Bruce Lannialli, and tell her when they find him. Eventually, Aly and Mike meet up with the Hero, who had found Bruce moments earlier, and she confronts him about leaving. He apologizes to her and goes home, leaving Aly, Mike, and the Hero alone. She then invites the two of them for ice cream, and they all go to the Ice Cream Shop.
The group arrives at the shop and gets their ice cream, and Mike offers to walk Aly home. On the way home, Mike sees a Maximus and tries to warn Aly. She cannot see the Shadow monster and simply thinks Mike is being weird, so she runs off. Back at her house, she thinks about Mike, knowing he means well. Unbeknownst to her, Aldark appears in her room and allows a Minimus to corrupt her.
The next day, Mike goes to Aly's House to apologize, but thanks to the Shadow's influence, she calls him a weirdo and tells him to get out. After Mike runs off and the Hero speaks with Heather, the Hero goes back to Aly's House, where she tells the Hero that Deputy Snyder was responsible for the crash that killed Mike's parents. She then gets mad at Heather for trying to see the good in everyone, so the Hero has an Imagination Battle with her. Afterwards, she calms down and decides to go find Mike to apologize, but her dad comes in before she can leave and asks about Aly's mother. Aly asks the Hero to go find her at the hospital, and Aly goes to Mike's House.
When she gets there, she and Heather get mad at Tony for claiming that Mike disappeared through a portal. The Hero walks in, and Aly asks the Hero to find Mike, as they still don't believe Tony. As the Hero searches Rapoville for Mike, Aly, Tony, and Heather search Belleview. Eventually, the Hero returns to Belleview, and the four of them realize that Mike is going to confront Deputy Snyder once and for all. The four of them arrive at the Police Station and see Mike yelling at Deputy Snyder. As the Hero has an imagination battle with both Snyder and Mike, Aly stands on the sidelines with other townspeople, watching as Mike apologizes and forgives Snyder.
During the credits, Aly is seen coming from from a trip with her parents and walking inside, leaving her parents alone to kiss. She also waves hello to Deputy Snyder as she and her friends walk past the Police Station. As Mike and Heather make it home, Mike watches to make sure Aly crosses the road safely, and Aly watches to make sure Mike gets inside. An unknown amount of time later, Aly asks Mike what prompted him to forgive Deputy Snyder. Mike thinks for a second and begins to tell her the story of the Hero.

Trivia[edit]
- It's possible that Aly was inspired by the unused character Alana from a failed DTL3 pitch.
- According to the Raposa-Human Counterpart Sheet used during development, Aly is a counterpart to Mari[2].
- Also according to this sheet, Aly was meant to be 14 years old, but it is unknown if this holds true for the final product.
- Beating Pulled Two Ways triggers every character to switch from their "early-game" dialogue to their "mid-game" dialogue.
- According to the Hockey Mask 1 sticker description, Aly is a goalie on a local hockey team.
- Gifted Gift Gifter was added to the game as part of the Creative Pack #2 DLC for Drawn to Life: Two Realms and is one of the few Challenge Battles given to a character with a story level.
- The other characters that have both Story and Challenge Battles are Deputy Snyder, Heather, Miney, Miles, and Tony.
- Aly has a typo in her "Level Win" dialogue, saying "scrabook" instead of "scrapbook".
