The Monkey Kid is a character that appears in In The Treetop Village and Salem Rose Pt. 1 as a minor character.
Appearance
The Monkey Kid takes the appearance as a normal monkey, yet much smaller, being shorter that a Raposa. It is unknown what he looks like as an adult, but it can be assumed that he bears resemblance to his father.
Story
In The Treetop Village
The Monkey Kid is first seen when Zsasha infiltrates the Treetop Village looking for the Crystal Mask. As a troupe of Monkeys carry him up to the Monkey King, Zsasha overhears the Monkey King telling his son that he promises to find some friends for his son in Rapoville. When the Monkeys arrive at the top of the tower, the Monkey Kid is distracted by the shield Zsasha was carrying.
Just as he touches the shield, Circi appears in the room in her Shadow form, scaring the other monkeys, who curse the Monkey Kid for bringing bad luck. Salem Rose Pt. 1
The Monkey Kid, now known as the Monkey King, appears in 2042 at the Creator's Alliance meeting, not understanding why Mari was keeping Wilfre in Rapoville without punishment. By the end of the meeting, the Monkey King is one of the mayors who did not pull out of the alliance.
