The Council, also called The Great Council, is the head of the totalitarian puppet-government of Galactic Jungle in Drawn to Life: The Next Chapter. The Council is composed of six puppet entities, which supposedly create and enforce the rules for the DOT ROT POT USF, and a massive, green head, known only as ????. In reality, the entire council is a façade created by Click and Wilfre to control the people of Galactic Jungle.
Story[edit]
After the previous mayor of Galactic Jungle died without an heir, Click and Wilfre secretly created The Council in an attempt to restore order to the village. Click later went to passing and enforcing more absurd and controlling laws through use of The Council and S.P.U.D. while he pretended to be a simple messenger.
After the Hero, Jowee, and Sock arrive from Turtle Rock, Click greets the group and clumsily informs them about the village. As the group continuously insists on meeting The Council, Click begins to make excuses and tries to make doing so more difficult. Shortly after, he tells the group that they're no longer welcome to meet The Council and leaves them to fend for themselves.

The Council itself is a group of six Raposa dolls that sit around a tall table in the middle of The Council Room at a table. Each doll is rested on the table and is held up by the chairs around it. They appear to be hand sewn.

The large tank in the back of the room holds a face that appears to be a projection of a face that resembles a green Wilfre. It is only known as ???? in the game, but it is controlled by Click.
Trivia[edit]
- At one point in the story, The Council is referred to as "magnanimous" and "sagacious".
- The floating Raposa head in a tank could possibly be a reference to The Wizard of Oz.
- Sock has stated that he finds the dolls in the Council Room creepy, and that he doesn't like the place.
- Although Click states that the creation of the Space Fortress was Wilfre's idea, it is unknown how involved Wilfre was in the creation of The Council.
- ???? resembles Wilfre, although this could be a coincidence.
